Benefits, Leaves, & Pay

  • Use the HR Connect WebPortal to find answers 24/7 to your questions about benefits, leaves, certification, payroll, personal and tax data changes, and more. To access the portal, log in using your NYCPS Outlook credentials.
  • You can also call HR Connect at (718) 935-4000, Monday – Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
  • Use the Payroll Portal to access your personal pay information, enroll in Direct Deposit and transit benefits, and more.
  • Use the Salary Application Portal to request a salary step, differential, or upgrade
  • Use the NYCAPS Employee Self-Service (ESS) system to view or change your health benefits, personal information (such as your name, address, and phone number), and tax status online. You may also obtain copies of duplicate W-2 and 1095C forms. Log in to ESS using your 7-digit NYCPS Employee ID number (listed as the "reference number" on your pay stub).
