Election of a Teacher-Member of the Teachers' Retirement Board
Pursuant to §13-507 of the Administrative Code of the City of New York, an election must be held in every school and appointed office to fill the vacancy for a Teacher-Member of the Teachers' Retirement Board (TRS) on May 13, 2026. All active TRS contributors are eligible to vote.
The elections are run by the principal or their representative. Information for principals and supervisors regarding the election appeared in the Principals’ Weekly on May 5, 2026.
