When a member of the press calls, emails, or shows up at a school:
- Every borough has a press office contact, who is available to help with inquiries and interviews. Please reach out to them for support when needed.

- When there are great things going on at your schools that you’d like to highlight, please reach out to goodnews@schools.nyc.gov. Even if it’s not necessarily newsworthy, we can help facilitate sharing it on social media.
- The press team will work to support you on any public facing endeavors through media training, talking points, prep sessions, crisis management, and amplifying positive stories. Reach out to your press contact for support with any of the above.
