Overview
Workers’ Compensation is insurance that provides cash benefits and/or medical care for workers who are injured or become ill as a direct result of their job. Employees working in central and administrative positions and non-pedagogical employees working at schools are entitled to workers’ compensation benefits.
Pedagogical titles are not entitled to Workers’ Compensation but are eligible for Line of Duty Injury (LODI) benefits.
