OGC Programs
The Office of General Counsel has several programs that run during different parts of the year. Participation in OGC programs will introduce you to new colleagues across the DOE, and present you with the opportunity to expand your knowledge and experience in education. Employee Feedback Cycle
All OGC employees are invited to participate in the employee feedback cycle (EFC). The EFC begins with a goal-setting process, where the employee identifies annual goals. During the year, the supervisor meets with the employee to provide feedback and support in working toward the goals. At the end of the year, the supervisor and employee meet to discuss the employees' progress toward those goals.
