Notice of Minor Procedure Violation

In cases where a procurement is in violation of the Procurement Policy and Procedures, and the violation had no significant impact on the competitive process, then the Chief Procurement Officer may choose to ratify the Minor Procedure Violation and affirm the procurement. 

Notice of the ratification of a minor Procedures violation shall be posted within thirty days after the Chief Procurement Officer’s determination. Such notice shall include the name of the vendor (where applicable); a brief description of the goods, services, or construction procured; the dollar amount; and the duration of the contract.
