The office of Organizational Development, Talent & Culture (ODTC) and the Office of Equal Opportunity and Diversity Management (OEO) are responsible for managing and supporting six active Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that collectively support an estimated 2,400 employees across NYCPS:
Asian American and Pacific Islanders (AAPI): 400 members
Caregivers Alliance: 400 members
Mindfulness at Work: 200 members
Pride!: 300 members
Women in Management (WIM): 500 members
